Brand Group International - Providing Global Brand Solutions

BGI was started in 2007 as it’s Founder – Tim Ouellette - left a 20-year corporate career in the sports lifestyle consumer goods industry. Tim had held positions beginning in Product Marketing, and running through Product Development and Sourcing,  Global Marketing, Subsidiary Management, Global Sales and Distribution and Licensing. During this time, he worked for many of the major brands: Nike, Converse, adidas, le coq sportif, Deckers Brands, and the Brown Group, spending 10 years working and living in Europe and Asia. This period culminated with Converse where he was part of the Executive Team that bought the brand out of bankruptcy, sold it to Nike, and, responsible for all business outside of North America and licensing, built this to a $1.4B annual business.


The business model developed in this Nike/Converse experience led to the formation and focus of BGI, and the implementation of adapted forms of this model with top branded clients from across all segments of the industry – sport, fashion, outdoor, lifestyle and finance built the business.
