Tim Ouellette- CEO Brand Group International
Prior to founding BGI in 2007, over the last 25 years Tim has served as international sales and marketing director for a number of high profile consumer brands including Nike, Converse, Deckers Outdoors and LeCoq Sportif and during this time Tim has resided in US, Europe and Asia. Most recently Tim was part of the executive team that led Converse Inc. from bankruptcy in 2001 and drove the international business to over $1.2 billion in sales by 2007. It was from Tim’s global experience, vision and witnessing the desire for numerous companies wanting to extend and expand their markets that led to the creation of BGI.
Andre Bruere- President Brand Group International Europe
With over 20 years experience in three different continents, Andre has been involved with major footwear brands including Reebok and Brown Shoe. Andre comes to BGI as a multicultural and innovative senior executive. Experienced in start-ups, acquisitions and turn-arounds, Andre’s specialty is refining business models, accessing product, marketing innovations and providing financial solutions to viable companies and brands with significant, yet restricted growth potential.
Anne-Therese Malvaux- Vice President Marketing and Communications – Brand Group International
Anne-Therese has been in the International arena for the past 20 years, focusing on marketing and communications for Global Brands. As communications Director for Donnay International in Europe, she managed all Marketing, PR and Events. After relocating to the US, she worked for World Holding Company, focused on producing conferences, congresses and seminars for the Energy, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. As Director of Global Conferences, she supervised 65 conferences a year and a budget of $4.5M. Through this position, she strengthened her expertise in direct marketing, social media marketing, publications partnership, and database performance through analysis of promotional campaigns and audience development. Her International and US background, as well as her multi-languages skills is a great addition to BGI to create extended global business.
Travis Bott- Director of Business Development – Brand Group International
As a Business Development specialist, Travis has spent the majority of his career in early stage development. From initial funding and strategy implementation, through the growth cycles of companies, Travis has built a successful career in building businesses. Prior to joining BGI, Travis was a founding partner within 3 successful companies in the consumer service, manufacturing and brand management industries. With a proven track record of success, Travis has provided strategic business development planning for both start ups as well as established business entities. His diverse background provides a unique perspective and ability to work outside the typical confines of an industry giving him a unique perspective on business management and developmental strategies.
Jon Lawler- Vice President of Business Development – Brand Group International
Jon joins BGI with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing strategy, and merchandising. The majority of Jon's career has been focused on the sports industry driving growth in both start-ups and established businesses. Most recently, Jon served as a sales manager for New England Golf Cars, responsible for the success of expanding the sale of golf cars beyond country clubs. Prior to New England Golf Cars, Jon was a Regional Director for Golf Day. In this role, he honed his skills in retail sales and merchandising. Jon started his career as a golf professional in New York and Florida after graduating from Professional Golfers Career College.
